There's no need for anyone to set up an account for you. Once you've been issued with a directory account (to log into services such as e-mail, windows login, ...), you can use that username and password to create your own CBP account yourself. We will check your credentials with the authentication server. If you change your windows or e-mail password, that'll automatically work here too.
So your next step is to try and log in with your windows username and password. Ask the IT team if you're unsure what those are. Then, once you're in, you can ask the team behind the CBP for extra permissions. Don't worry. Once you hit an obstacle in the CBP, it'll tell you how to get in touch with us and as for more permissions.
